I have been eating Keto since the beginning of 2019.  I started the year off with a bang and have picked up some tips and tricks to help make the Keto transition easier for newbies.  I will be trying different recipes and sharing my honest feedback to help save time and money on food for those who are just starting out.  I am not a chef, so if I can make it anyone can!
