How to Eat at Costco's Food Court

Eating keto on the go can be difficult. It is hard to not have control over what options you have or how items are prepared. Today, we had an event at work and pizza was provided. YUM! However, crust isn't very keto friendly. I took two smaller slices of Costco's pepperoni pizza (the equivalent of 1 regular slice if you buy it by the slice) and de-crusted it. How easy was that? The cheese is keto friendly, the pepperoni is keto friendly, and the amount of sauce is negligible. I toss the crust straight into the trash so I'm not tempted to eat it.


Now let me say, the toppings aren't pretty when they are pulled off the crust but the flavor is delicious and I'm able to stay the course with eating keto. What's one hack that you've discovered for eating keto at Costco's food court?
